When the Robb Report declared this as one of the Top 20 Wines Under $100…a lot of bubble monsters the world over (us among them) stopped to take notice. One tasty sip, and you’ll understand. This rocks! Seriously...like chalky, minerally, flinty river rocks...a bubbly effervescent, supremely steely tingle of pure verve and intensity. Loaded with bright citrus – Kaffir lime, pomelo, key lime pie, Australian finger lime…plus crunchy, green pear and green apples – just straightforward delicious!

70% chardonnay, 20% chenin blanc, 10% pinot noir – this compares with top-notch sparkling wines at three times the price! Load up on this – case purchases are really the only reasonable choice on a deal like this. Get two, maybe three cases...it’s that good. At under $15, this is tough to beat anywhere in the bubbly world, truly. 

Limoux is in southern France in the Pyrenean foothills, in the southern limits of the Languedoc region, and the area prides itself on being the first region to actually produce sparkling rosé, some 200 years before Champagne (we can neither confirm nor deny this...). In any case, Faire La Fête (which loosely translates to “live it up”) is doing one heck of a bang-up job because this crushes almost every other non-Champers bubbly we’ve had in some time. Don’t miss!
