What is Last Bubbles?
Last Bubbles is the first and only daily wine deal that is 100% sparkling! Every morning you can expect an email from us with a hand-picked sparkler priced well-below retail, with notes including flavor profile, production methods, serving recommendations, and plenty of fascinating stories about the farmers and vintners who make it all happen.
We’re Napa Valley-based, globally-trained connoisseurs who’ve been doing this sort of thing for decades. Besides sipping bubbly a bit too early in the day, we're true professionals.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Aren’t you thoughtful! We’re thrilled to help you make someone’s day. Just enter a message in the gift message section at checkout, and we'll send it along, making sure not to include an invoice.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Absolutely— Email us at cheers@lastbubbles.com to set this up! We will need to know the amount and the email address of the recipient.
What is the Sparkling Society?
The Sparkling Society is our way of celebrating you, our loyal Bubble Monsters! Earn points by referring a friend, following us on social media, and letting us know your birthday. Cash those points in during checkout for a lil' sumthin' off your order.
Points expire one year after you've earned them, so be sure to apply them at check-out! Don't worry, we will send you an email notifying you when that date is coming up.
Our VIP tier, Grand Crew, is set up to reward our "super-referrer" Bubble Monsters who have shared Last Bubbles with loads of their friends. It's based on points earned over all-time, so go ahead and spend them while still making progress toward the Grand Crew.

What happened to my account credits?
Last Bubbles has transitioned from using dollar-based account credits to using points through our Sparkling Society. Rest assured that your referral credits have already been transformed into points with the same redemption value.
To use your points, join the Sparkling Society by clicking the purple bubble in the lower-left of your screen. Your points will magically appear there with an option to redeem!
What is your invite policy?
You may invite family and friends as a way to promote the site and earn referral points. However, we ask that you refrain from opening multiple accounts to acquire referral credits.
It is also against our policy to send multiple orders to the same address under different accounts to acquire points. One invite per address and per credit card (we do check!)
If we find a customer has done any of these, all associated orders will be canceled and the accounts will be subject to suspension.
Can I call to place my order?
We ask that all orders be placed through the website. If you have special instructions, please enter them into the shipping notes box while placing your order.
We are here to help if you're struggling to place an order on the website— if that is the case, send along an email to cheers@lastbubbles.com and a member of our team will help you out.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders, or Paypal at this time.
The wine that I want to order is no longer on the website. How do I order it?
We put up a new wine offer each day and keep it on the site until it sells down to the "last" bottle of bubbly!
So, when it's gone, it's gone... right? Well, there's always a possibility of a customer cancellation. Feel free to email us at cheers@lastbubbles.com to check if we have a spare bottle or two.
What is the Fizz Fest?
Fizz Fests are huge blowouts that happen twice-yearly. This is a great time to discover and load up on wines because you get free shipping on all orders (excluding AK and HI - sorry guys, you'll have to pay!)
Where does the "retail" price come from?
We search the internet on the day of the offer to find comparable pricing. We pride ourselves on being able to beat the competition at 30-70% off retail!
How can I unlock free shipping?
As long as you buy the free-shipping minimum, you'll see $15 magically vanish from your shipping charge! For most of the contiguous U.S., that means Ground shipping is free! Please review our How We Ship page for more information.
Please Note: There is a mandatory 27¢ shipping fee added to packages going to Colorado and a 50¢ shipping fee added to packages going to Minnesota, covering their respective Retail Delivery Fees.
Can I use a faster shipping method?
Absolutely! We offer Overnight and 2-Day Air at reduced costs to most states. Wine is heavy and expediting a package tends to be expensive, but we will always quote you the lowest price we can secure.
Can you hold onto my wine at your warehouse for a future ship-date?
We can hold your package for up to two weeks during the regular shipping season, and via a "weather hold" during the summer season. If you'd like a specific ship date, please add that in the shipping notes box.
I want you to ship my wine via Ground mid-July in a heat wave... Can you?
Choosing the "weather hold" option during the summer months is always your best bet. This is for your benefit and the integrity of your wine! Heat is wine's worst enemy. The "weather hold" option will keep your wine in our temp-controlled warehouse until the weather cools (typically our hold runs from May to October). We will email you in advance of your wine departing the warehouse.
But if you need that bottle now (trust me, we understand), your next best option is to utilize an ice pack. You'll see this an add-on option in the checkout. Keep in mind, inclement weather can cause popped corks, leakage, and major damage to the wine itself. Even a fully frozen ice pack will thaw out within a couple of days of transit in high temps, so keep that in mind when choosing your shipping/hold method on the checkout page. We have a variety of additional expedited shipping options as well.
My ice-pack arrived melted and warm— was it faulty?
Our ice-packs are built to absorb heat, so in high-temperatures it may arrive to you warm and melted. This is completely normal— it means it has done its job!
What is the "Local Pickup Point" delivery method?
Local pick-up decreases CO2 emissions by ~48%, your wines will be protected from extreme heat and cold, and you can secure your package on your own time!
Our check-out automatically finds pick-up locations nearby your shipping address. Choose from the list of option or click "Map it or change" to find alternatives in your state.
Shipping out of state? You'll need to change your shipping address to an out-of-state location in order to see pick-up points in that state.
Your package will be stored securely for 7 days upon its arrival. Please bring your tracking number and an ID; you must be over 21 to accept delivery of wine.
Please note: local pick-up is not available in all states.
How long before I receive my wine?
During our regular (non-summer) shipping season, your order will depart within 2-7 business days (oftentimes, even sooner!) If your order isn't received in 10 business days, please email us at cheers@lastbubbles.com. Please peruse our How We Ship page for additional details.
Why do I need to sign for every package?
All shipments of alcohol require an adult signature (21+), even if you have ordered from us before. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer order requests such as "Please leave at front door” cannot be accommodated. Carriers will attempt three deliveries before returning the package to us.
Do you insure your shipments?
You are automatically opted into shipping insurance at checkout. It is 1% of the subtotal and will cover you in case of loss or damage in transit. If you do not want this protection, you may deselect the 'Shipping Insurance' box at checkout. Please note that heat damage is not covered by insurance.
What happens if my shipment is being returned-to-sender?
Carriers are required to attempt delivery three times before returning a package to us. In the event that your order is rerouted back to our warehouse, our returns team will reach out to you once the box has been checked in, providing you with choices on how to proceed.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
Sacrebleu! Just email us at cheers@lastbubbles.com. Last Bubbles guarantees the excellent provenance and condition of the wine it sells, and we stand behind every bottle. For wine you've had in your possession longer than six months, our support may be limited as we have no way of verifying the conditions it was stored in. We will, however, review this on a case-by-case basis.
What if my shipment is lost or damaged?
Email us at cheers@lastbubbles.com and we will get this sorted out. We always recommend adding shipping insurance when placing a new order (in fact, the system will default to add insurance). So long as you didn't opt-out, if your package has been lost or damaged you are fully covered! We can issue a credit card refund or a store credit for the purchase. Alternatively, if the wine is still available in inventory, we would be happy to send a replacement!
Without shipping insurance, we can only reimburse you with store credit.
Does Last Bubbles ship everywhere?
We are a U.S.-based company and only ship nationally. Depending on changes in alcohol shipping regulations, we may not be able to ship to your state or zip code. If you are unable to check-out, this is likely why. Feel free to drop us a line to double-check, or check out our page on How We Ship.
What is the Bottle Recycling Fee?
Did you know that only 10% of wine bottles end up being recycled?
At Last Bubbles, we are committed to environmental stewardship and creating a greener future. In compliance with the California Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act, we apply a 10¢ fee to each bottle sold on our website. This fee supports recycling and other sustainability efforts by the State of California. California customers may return empty bottles to a recycling center to redeem their 10¢.
