The 2018 Brut Nature Le Grand Jardin Oger Grand Cru brings together many of the elements that make these Champagnes so compelling. Vinification in oak lends texture, balanced by the natural tension and great energy in the wine and the decision to bottle with no dosage. Lemon confit, marzipan, dried flowers, spice and tangerine oil build in the glass, with just a touch of reduction present. Superb. The offerings from Domaine Vincey are getting better and better.
