Most of the vineyard sources for Summerland’s wines come from the famously revered Santa Rita Hills, but they also source from the Santa Ynez Valley and Paso Robles, too. This Blanc de Blanc is North Coast appellated, and it’s sourced from several top vineyards throughout Northern California. Using the traditional Champagne method of winemaking, each bottle is hand-riddled, and secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle to form the wine’s soft and persistent effervescence. 

The wine greets you with bright tropical aromas, plus crisp, green apples and some tangy citrus fruits on both the palate and the nose – a range of lemons, limes, white grapefruit, and oranges with the searing Champagne-like acidity and some mineral character that truly ups the ante on this wine.
