A triumphant entry of yellow apple, fresh thyme, and tart green strawberries snaps you to attention, as layers of cherry yogurt, bosc pear, and nutty brioche bostock deftly caress the tongue. There’s pretty, tart fruit and striking tension, but with the rounded edges that can only come from fruit grown under the California sunshine. This exquisitely balances electric acidity with sun-kissed generosity, and is just all-around as interesting as it is pleasurable to sip.
