Champagne Anthony and Clémence Toullec is a boutique, husband and wife team situated in the prestigious Montagne de Reims. The couple cultivates 4 hectares of vineyards spread across several distinct plots, with a sites growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, all tended by hand, employing techniques like cover cropping and native plantings around the vineyards to preserve soil health, promote biodiversity and ensure environmental sustainability.

In the cellar, Anthony and Clémence use a low-intervention approach to winemaking, favoring indigenous yeast fermentations and vinifying each plot separately to preserve the distinct characteristics of the terroir. Their champagnes are aged extensively on lees to develop complexity and depth. They craft a limited number of cuvées, including a Blanc de Noirs that emphasizes the power and structure of Pinot Noir, and a Blanc de Blancs that showcases the elegance and finesse of Chardonnay. Their dedication to authenticity, combined with a modern take on traditional methods, results in champagnes that are precise, expressive, and deeply reflective of their origins.
